10 Minimalism Books to Help You Declutter and Simplify

Three years ago, I was drowning in clutters both Physical and Mental and it went so bad that at some point, I had to undergo a head Surgery caused by blood clot that erupted after having a lot of pressure.

My life was clogged with a huge volume of stuff I had running in my mind and also things I owned physically.

After the surgery I discovered MINIMALISM, a lifestyle that has sincerely transformed the way I view my possessions and my time.

So in my description, I would describe Minimalism as decluttering either physical or mental spaces and living with fewer belongings or intentional mindset. This will in return make you have and find more purpose in what remains.

To reach to this state where I only own things that are of purpose to me,I  have spent the three years reading these books 📚 on minimalism.

Here is what I learned: You have to embrace letting go and that the purging never seems to end.

Some of the minimalism books 📚 not mentioned here don't either deliver the minimalism concept or I have not read them yet.

I intend to keep on updating the below 👇 list as I read more of the same and give my honest and sincere 2 cents review.

However, there are a few books 📚 listed here that really stand out and you will get to know in this article.

And by the way, one of the book listed below is what I am currently reading, halfway through and I wish I read this book before because it has changed my life completely the last two weeks or so.

Curious? 🧐
